Much anticipation led us to the Old Mill for a lovely dinner with our family. The restaurant staff was overly accommodating to us and our small children, despite the upscale vibe and adult centered menu. The waitstaff was wonderful and knowledgeable about the concept, food and farm itself. The wine was fabulous, the ambiance was glorious; perfectly curated with even small details of lovely. Embracing a regenerative, organic, market garden to table vibe, the restaurant used herbs and greens from their gardens to create the menu. The food was good. Striving for an elaborate haute cuisine style meal, with intricate presentations and preparations, the chef created unique and overly prepared small dishes using fine ingredients. The celeriac ice cream was delicious and very imaginative. We also enjoyed the brioche bread with a warm spelt dish. Wishing there might have been more dishes highlighting the flavor of the organic, fresh, local vegetables themselves, which were humbled by the sauces and complexly prepared garnishes and fermented pastes, etc. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Espace Old Mill was a wonderful experience, the story they build around local and organically grown vegetables is both beautiful and delicious! We had an excellent meal and wonderful service from Andree-Anne The food was a delicious and varied exploration of various root vegetables, worth every penny and second. The only thing holding me back from a full 5 stars for the food is the visual similarity between the two first services and the two last services both being iced cream This place is a must do!

My husband and I went there for our 8th wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it. I really appreciated the care they had about giving me a gluten free meal since Im celiac and how safe they made me feel about it. We also shared the wine pairing so we dont drink too much and it was perfect!

Awesome! We had the special End-of-year six-course meal. Everything was succulent. Each servings featuring local ingredients were unique . The portions were small but so tasty it was filling. We had the truffe extra and some also had the wine match. It was a great 4hr dining experience with excellent professional service. Thank you so much we'll comeback and greatly recommend.

Such an amazing experience. One of the best meals I've ever had. Perfect execution of a visionary concept with simple, fresh ingredients in a beautiful and unsuspecting location. Delicious and unique courses, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff, romantic setting, excellent wine pairings. I can't wait to go back.

Such an amazing farm to table gastronomical feast. What might be considered boring winter/early spring fair to some was elevated through remarkable creativity. Who would have thought celery could make the most amazing desert? A true understanding of flavor profiles and artistic risk taking coupled with genuinely seasonal and hyper local ingredients made this one of the best and certainly most inspired meals we have had this year. The wine was paired impeccably and really rounded out the dance of flavors for the tastebuds. From the people working in the greenhouse, to the chefs, to the knowledgeable servers and sommeliers-the experience they create as a team feels so warm and welcoming and real. Only an hour from our home in Vermont it is well worth the beautiful drive through Quebec wine country to get there.

An Absolute Hidden Gem! I can't say enough good things about Espace Old Mill. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely transported! It’s rare to find a place that feels so rich in history yet so beautifully cared for. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, with the river running by and the stunning old stone buildings all around. You can feel the soul of the place. The venue itself is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed, balancing rustic charm with modern comfort. Every little detail felt intentional, from the layout of the spaces to the beautiful lighting at night. It’s the perfect spot for an intimate gathering, a wedding, or simply a day to reconnect with nature and history. The staff was also incredible: warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about the place. They made sure every part of our experience felt special and easy. Espace Old Mill is truly one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. We can't wait to go back. A real treasure tucked away in Stanbridge East!

Everything was excellent here. Unique and local at a level with the much lauded Noma in Copenhagen. The staff spoke excellent English. Two recommendations: 1) Go in the winter when it is fairly easy to get a table and 2) don't arrive starving, it's not that kind of place. Merci Beaucoup!
